Excellent service from Rapp. Tilly was great, not just explained but actually showed what needs to be fixed. My BMW 3 series needed a few fixes that could have been avoided had I come to him before as my previous mechanic just did a handsoff job on the previous service. Thankfully I came to Rapp and Tilly. Will recommend to anyone who wants to get the job done, and not just done but done thoroughly.
